General Information
The Gala Fine Dining Table 2025 is a private, exclusive, and non-commercial event organized by Tripshpere LLC, celebrating culinary excellence in Colombia and recognizing, through the Fine Dining Table Awards, the most outstanding restaurants and chefs in the country. The gala will take place on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at Gimnasio Moderno, Bogotá, Colombia. Access is strictly limited to 300 guests by formal and non-transferable invitation issued by the organizers.
Invitations and Participation
Main Guests: Each of the 75 restaurants selected by the Fine Dining Table expert committee will receive two (2) personal invitations for their representatives (chef and/or owner).
Additional Guests: The event will also host top executives from sponsoring companies, personalities from the gastronomic sector, government representatives, ambassadors, and invited entrepreneurs.
Invitations are nominative, personal, and non-transferable. They may not be sold, assigned, or transferred without express authorization from the organizers.
Attendance confirmation must be completed by May 31, 2025. Failure to confirm by this date may result in the reassignment of the spot.
Fine Dining Table Awards
During the gala, the Fine Dining Table Awards will be presented, based on criteria defined by a specialized jury made up of gastronomy experts, critics, and members of the organization. The award categories are:
- Golden Pan – Highest distinction. Exceptional culinary experience.
- Silver Pan – High excellence in technique and flavor.
- Bronze Pan – Outstanding cuisine within its category.
- Green Pan – Exemplary commitment to sustainability and responsible gastronomy.
- Recommended – Promising restaurants with high potential.
- Special Mention – Recognition of unique elements (dish, innovation, service, etc.).
Evaluation Criteria
The selection and awarding are based on an independent assessment by the expert committee, considering:
- Culinary creativity and innovation
- Quality of ingredients used
- Technique and execution of dishes
- Customer service and overall experience
- Ambience and gastronomic concept
- Sustainable practices and environmental responsibility (for the Green Pan)
Note: Results remain confidential until the night of the gala. Winners will not be notified in advance.
Code of Conduct and Dress Code
The event requires formal gala or black-tie attire. All attendees are expected to behave in a professional, respectful manner appropriate to the nature of the event. The organizers reserve the right to deny admission or remove individuals in case of non-compliance with these conditions.
Image and Media Use
By attending the event, participants authorize the use of their image, voice, and name in photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the gala. These materials may be used by Fine Dining Table and Tripshpere LLC for promotional, press, and archival purposes without any compensation.
Changes and Cancellations
The organizers reserve the right to change the date, venue, or logistical conditions of the event due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. In case of absence, prior notification is requested at least five (5) days in advance.
Acceptance of Terms
Attendance and continued presence at the event implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by all guests.
By participating in this event, the participant releases Visa from any liability that may arise in connection with the products consumed or acquired by the participant as part of this Event. Neither Visa nor its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, and parent companies, nor Visa’s employees, representatives, directors, and agents shall be held responsible for any damages, accidents, or losses (direct, indirect, or consequential) that participants, their family members, or any other individuals may suffer from participating in the event or from the use or enjoyment of the products consumed.
