Contrastes is the restaurant led by a young and creative chef, trained at the prestigious Hofmann school and with experience in the renowned Tickets and Pakta restaurants of the brothers Ferran and Albert Adrià, both with a Michelin star.
At Contrastes, the chef has developed a culinary proposal that combines creative cooking techniques with traditional cuisine, always using fresh, local and high-quality products.
The menu includes a selection specially designed for Vermouth, as well as a variety of tapas, rice and fish and meat dishes. We cannot forget the ""sweet contrasts"", the restaurant's characteristic desserts.
