This restaurant is very popular during the summer months thanks to its charming urban terrace adorned with leafy trees and bushes. Chef Alexandros Tsiotinis, together with his kitchen team, specializes in Mediterranean-based cuisine with modern techniques and meticulous presentation. They offer a single 11-course surprise menu, gradually revealed by the staff as if revealing a secret. Dishes vary depending on the availability of seasonal ingredients, except for one or two that are kept year-round, such as “sweet corn velouté flavored with lobster, truffle and bergamot foam.” A gastronomic experience that also includes magnificent pairings on the tasting menu!
