In this restaurant, it is the chef and owner himself, Uroš Fakuč, who serves diners. With a friendly and relaxed attitude, he divides his time between the dining room and the kitchen, where he creates a unique tasting menu based on the day's fresh ingredients. Offers a shorter option and an "XL" version of the menu. His passion for fish is clearly reflected in the menu options, which include both freshwater and Adriatic fish, prepared with modern and precise techniques that highlight classic flavors without resorting to unnecessarily complicated recipes. The cuisine achieves a perfect balance between Slovenian and Italian influences. The risotto with oysters, sea asparagus and chillies is especially recommended.
