Gaeng Kiew Wan is a delicious green curry with a bright hue, notable fresh chilli spice and a pleasant herbaceous quality. Prepared with tender beef brisket, organic eggplant, baby corn and chopped green beans, it's a delight best enjoyed with some freshly made roti canai. Save room for the khao niew ma muang, a stunning presentation of perfectly ripe mango with a warm, colorful block of glutinous rice and a scoop of coconut ice cream.
