Located on a street full of luxury stores in the Polanco neighborhood, Guzina Oaxaca highlights the gastronomy of this region of southern Mexico. Its cuisine, based on corn and chili, is distinguished by its moles and the inclusion of insects, such as grasshoppers. Chef Álex Ruiz, who designed the menu, and chef Carlos Galán, who executes it, are originally from Oaxaca. Chef Galán attributes his passion for cooking to his grandmothers.
