The history of this restaurant, a culinary temple for mushroom lovers, is also a testament to the love of hospitality. Chef Elena Lucas, with great humility, represents the third generation of her family to work in the kitchen of this place.
The restaurant's name is a loving tribute to her grandmother, Luciana Lobo, allowing diners to better understand her deeply personal and creative cuisine, which explores ancestral flavors and values the local environment and its natural wealth.
Together with her husband and her sommelier, Diego Muñoz, Elena Lucas strives to engage in a culinary dialogue with her guests, as if she were taking them on a walk through the forests of her region. One of the secrets to her success is that she only harvests the mushrooms she needs each day, washes them with water and dries them in the open air.
