Great views and good food rarely coincide, but this elegant restaurant bucks that trend. Located in an iconic skyscraper some 60 stories high with Manhattan at your feet, the views do not disappoint. The best seats are those closest to the windows, although those facing the open kitchen also have their charm. Chef Justin Bogle and his team have revitalized the kitchen with global ingredients and creative compositions that make the most of seasonal produce. Manhatta oysters with uni and champagne sabayon are a luxurious start, while dry-aged duck, seared and served with persimmon, escarole and a side of mashed Japanese white sweet potato, is a standout dish.
