At this restaurant, located in front of one of the emblematic cobblestone streets that lead to the famous Praza das Praterías and the cathedral, the staff is pleased to announce that Simpar's daily menus are always prepared with fresh ingredients obtained on the same day from suppliers of trust, whose names they are happy to share with customers. In a contemporary-style interior, with a large bar at the entrance, the young local chef Áxel Smyth presents his fresh and creative cuisine inspired by Galician gastronomy through three menus: Corto (available only for lunch on weekdays), Get to know and Simpar. Each menu offers the option of adding an extra dish, an updated version of traditional tripe with chickpea stew, which greatly enriches the dining experience. One of its star dishes is the Galician-style fish of the day, which varies according to the season and is accompanied by crushed potatoes and garlic sauce in three textures.
