The new proposal from chef Óscar Velasco, with the support of dessert expert Montse Abellà, has proven to be worth the wait. This project, considered by the couple as a "life project", focuses on a kitchen close to Óscar's heart, offering contemporary market cuisine that relies on seasonal ingredients with a little more freedom than in their previous projects, without leaving aside the technique and elegance that characterizes them. The menu, although somewhat reduced (with the option of ordering half dishes), is complemented by a tasting menu that includes some of the dishes from the main menu. In addition to the bright dining room, the restaurant has a separate space called The Apartment, which has its own kitchen for private dining. Among the menu options, the inclusion of iconic dishes from his successful time at the old Santceloni stands out, such as the famous smoked ricotta ravioli with Oscietra caviar from Paris 1925.
