Fine Dining Table confirms the first lineup of programming for Latin America’s inaugural Fine Dining Week: The first dinners taking place between Monday, October 12, and Friday, October 16, 2026, across ten host restaurants in San Salvador. The event will feature a delegation of over one hundred guest chefs—both national and international—and more than fifty food journalists and critics gathered from Latin America and Europe. The week concludes on Saturday, October 17, with the first Fine Dining Table International Gala, where “Los Fuegos” for the 2026 edition will be revealed.
For seven days, San Salvador will be the focus of the Latin American culinary industry. Fine Dining Week El Salvador 2026 is neither a tasting festival nor a food fair: it is a curated circuit of unique and exclusive four-, six-, and eight-hand dinners with limited seating. Each event is crafted as an unrepeatable encounter between kitchens that have never worked together before and will not do so again in the same format.
The circuit runs from Monday to Friday across ten Salvadoran restaurants acting as hosts: Xolo, Monarca, Casa Fuego, La Doña, KWA, Kemuri, Casa Marina, Celia, Ocelot, and Pecado Migrante. On Saturday, October 17, the Fine Dining Table International Gala brings together the full delegation for the unveiling of “Los Fuegos,” Fine Dining Table’s distinction system. The confirmation process for chefs and press remains open.
«No experience is repeated. Each lunch and dinner exists only once, bringing two or three kitchens together for the first time on the same pass. That is what will bring over one hundred chefs and more than fifty international critics to a country that until recently was not on the haute cuisine map. El Salvador is not the excuse for the gathering: it is the stage. The confirmation process remains open: additional chefs and media outlets are yet to be confirmed, and the lineup may expand with further encounters announced in the coming days.»

The Fine Dining Week Schedule
Each lunch and dinner is a private, limited-capacity gathering featuring a menu created specifically for that evening. The venue listed last in each line is the host Salvadoran restaurant. Additional lunches and dinners will be announced in the coming days.
Each host house manages the kitchen, service, and dining room alongside the visiting team, developing the menu weeks in advance. The four-hand format—and on several nights, six- and eight-hand—demands a true integration of culinary brigades rather than a succession of individually signed dishes, creating a unique experience in El Salvador.
