Bogotá Hosts the First Fine Dining Table Gala in Latin America, Honoring Colombia’s Culinary Elite

On August 5th, 2025, Bogotá became the epicenter of Latin American haute cuisine as it hosted the first-ever Visa Fine Dining Table Gala in the region. The evening brought together nearly 400 guests—including renowned chefs, sommeliers, food lovers, international gastronomy figures, and media—celebrating the outstanding talent that is placing Colombia on the global culinary map.

The prestigious event recognized 22 restaurants across the country, highlighting their excellence, innovation, design, sustainability, and service.

  • Sartén 3 🔥🔥🔥 Fires: The highest honor, awarded to restaurants with an outstanding trajectory and impact in their local scene. These destinations offer exceptional culinary experiences, blending innovative techniques, top-quality ingredients, and impeccable service. They are considered unique gastronomic destinations, often remembered by culinary experts.
