After returning to his native Colombia, chef Jaime Torregrosa opened his own version of a Japanese izakaya. The result is a relaxed space where small plates, designed for sharing, fuse Latin American, Nordic and Japanese flavors, using Colombian ingredients from various regions of the country. With a cozy atmosphere and a grunge soundtrack, Humo Negro also stands out for its focus on cocktail pairing.
Torregrosa has worked all over the world, honing his culinary skills at prestigious establishments such as Fäviken in Sweden and Ca Sento in Japan.
