Fine Dining Table International Gala Hosted at the National Palace of El Salvador

The first Fine Dining Table International Gala brings together the entire delegation—chefs, hoteliers, press, partner brands, and Fine Dining club members—for the live unveiling of “Los Fuegos” for the 2026 edition at the National Palace of El Salvador. The awards remain sealed until the ceremony.

«Bringing this volume of kitchens and press to El Salvador in a single week requires an operation that cannot be improvised: flights, lodging, mixed culinary brigades, and eighteen services coordinated across five nights. We are doing this because the country has a culinary scene that deserves to be experienced firsthand, not described from a distance.»
