Founded by Tommaso, Ignacio, and Pablo, this wine bar has become a gastronomic reference, offering an experience that combines expert wine selection, excellent food, and a cozy atmosphere.

A Story of Passion and Vision

When asked if they ever imagined the success they have today, Pablo replies, “We are beyond the expectations we imagined. In February 2025, we celebrate three years and I believe we have managed to position ourselves in Bogotá as the Home of Wine.

Tommaso adds, “When you start, you have a dream in the hope that it will come true. I am very proud of the three of us, where we are today, and having exceeded our own expectations.”

The concept of Momentino was born from a shared passion for wine. Tommaso, who knew the Chapinero neighborhood well, saw in this area the perfect potential to open their venue. After an intense search, they found the ideal location, and the rest is history.

A Unique Space for Wine Lovers

What makes Momentino special is its commitment to the wine experience. “In our countries, wine is for all social classes, for every day. We seek to break the myth that wine is only for high society,” says Ignacio.

The level of sommelier service offered at Momentino is unmatched in Colombia and rarely seen in Latin America. The wine selection is meticulously curated, always refining and improving the menu. Additionally, they introduced the concept of Wine Flight, a tasting of three wines connected by a thematic axis, allowing customers to discover new varieties and regions.

The Momentino Experience

For those visiting Momentino for the first time, the founders recommend starting with buffalo burrata, accompanied by a fresh and mineral white wine like an Albariño from Galicia or an Austrian Riesling. Then, a Spanish tortilla paired with a trending Godello from Spain. As a main dish, artisanal pasta with guanciale and Roman pecorino, a fusion of Italian and Colombian cuisine, with a wine from Castilla.
