Welcome to Fine Dining Table, a service owned and operated by Tripsphere LLC, a company based in Miami, Florida (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our membership-based concierge service (“Service”) and any related communications, including via WhatsApp or other messaging platforms. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Membership

• Invitation Only: Membership is granted by invitation or referral only. We reserve the right to accept or decline any membership request at our sole discretion.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years old to apply.
• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and current information during your membership registration and to update your details as needed.

2. Service Description

Fine Dining Table provides a concierge service for high-end restaurant and experience reservations. Services are delivered via messaging platforms, primarily WhatsApp.

We act as an intermediary between you and third-party restaurants, venues, or service providers. While we strive to deliver premium service, we do not guarantee availability, pricing, or experience quality provided by third parties.

3. Fees & Payment

• Membership fees (if applicable) are communicated privately and may vary.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Additional costs incurred for reservations, event access, or premium experiences are the responsibility of the Member and will be charged separately.

4. Member Conduct

By using our Service, you agree:

• To behave respectfully and responsibly when attending venues booked on your behalf.
• Not to abuse, harass, or mistreat the concierge team or any third-party providers.
• Not to use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership without refund in cases of misconduct or breach of these Terms.

5. WhatsApp & Third-Party Messaging

• You consent to receiving communications, including personal messages and confirmations, via WhatsApp or other messaging platforms.
• We are not responsible for delays, outages, or inaccuracies related to third-party platforms.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tripsphere LLC and its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Service interruptions
• Issues with third-party providers
• Reservation errors or cancellations
• Losses incurred while using our Service

You acknowledge that your participation in events or experiences arranged via our Service is voluntary and at your own risk.

8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

Any disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise awarded.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
