Jungsik's ""new Korean cuisine"" has a strong Western focus. In fact, some of his exquisite sauces wouldn't look out of place on a fine-dining French table, but what's most impressive is how the Korean elements of the dishes elevate them to a higher level. The bibimbap with gochujang, crispy quinoa and tender Wagyu beef tartare leaves a lasting impression, while the branzino served simply with white kimchi demonstrates a deep confidence in the quality of the ingredients.

The cooking is original, impeccably executed and supremely satisfying, the kind of food that makes you nod involuntarily with every bite. The atmosphere is fresh, crisp and elegant, and the service team is noted for being attentive, enthusiastic and organized.
