As an appetizer, Octopus ‘A La Plancha’ (Spanish Octopus, Potato Confit, Garlic Aioli, Kalamata Olives, Fresh Herbs), creating a perfect harmony between earthy and marine flavors.

The highlight of the night was the Ribeye cooked "a la cruz," the chef’s signature technique where the meat is slow-cooked on an iron cross over open flames. This process results in deep, complex flavors that are impossible to replicate elsewhere.  Paired with Mallmann's signature Domino Potato and homemade chimichurri butter.

Service is flawless, with a team that understands each dish deeply and communicates its story with elegance and passion. The wine selection is meticulously curated, featuring standout bottles from Mendoza, Napa, and Burgundy, all perfectly matched to complement the intensity of the fire-driven cuisine.

The evening concludes with a Apple Custard Tart, It is served with Pistachio Ice Cream and Seasonal Fruits. Each component reflects a beautiful equilibrium between the untamed nature of fire and the finesse of fine dining.
