The restaurant, located in a former garage, has a unique layout that includes an access hallway surrounded by shelves full of cookbooks, a spacious and bright dining room adorned with careful design details, and two cooking areas: an open kitchen, striking, located in the center of the main room, and a second closed space, still visible to diners. The cuisine bears the imprint of the experienced and renowned chef Alberto Chicote, whose contemporary culinary proposal, in constant evolution, is presented in three menu variants (Express, Festival and Homenaje). This proposal is based on Spanish ingredients and fuses dishes with influences from the Far East.
