Since 2019, young chef Branko Kišić has been leading the historic restaurant Klub Književnika, popular with locals and tourists. Located in the heart of Belgrade, the restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere with dining options in a winter garden or in the main dining room, which often features live music during the cold months.
The menu includes Serbian classics such as Krempita, available since it opened in 1946, and Gibanica, along with international dishes such as entrecôte with foie gras sauce. The restaurant, which began as a meeting point for the Yugoslav literary elite after World War II, remains an iconic venue for cultural events and visits by dignitaries.
