The duo of Tam Pham and Harrison Ramhofer are throwing a party their way. Just outside of downtown, next to the county courthouse, you won't find a fancy room, a DJ booth, or people in high heels or designer sneakers. There is also no doorman at the door. Instead, come as you are to this celebration of Vietnamese cuisine that began as a supper club. Much of the food is enjoyed without cutlery: imagine wings smothered in fish sauce and caramel, smoked lamb with lettuce and banh hoi noodles, and tamarind-glazed pork ribs. Finish with a slice of cheesecake made with cultured cashew cream and topped with passion fruit gelee. Bold, modern and fun, this restaurant promises a good time for everyone, even with a hidden karaoke machine.
